PENGARUH E-SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN TIKET KERETA API MELALUI APLIKASI ACCESS BY KAI DI KOTA PALEMBANG

This research aims to determine how e-service quality affects the purchasing decisions of train tickets through the Access By KAI application in the city of Palembang. This research uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through the distribution of online questionnaires using Google Forms. The data obtained was processed using SPSS version 29. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The respondents in this study consisted of 100 members of the community in Palembang City aged over 17 years who have used the Access by KAI application in the last six months. The results of this study indicate that the quality of electronic services, both partially and simultaneously, has an impact on the decision to purchase train tickets through the Access by KAI application in the city of Palembang
