People's rubber plantations spread across South Sumatra are one of the sources of livelihood for rubber farmers in rural areas. The objectives of this study are: (1) To analyze the rubber farming of members of agricultural institutions in Tanjung Dayang Selatan Village. (2) To analyze the relationship between agricultural institutions in increasing production and income from rubber farming in Tanjung Dayang Selatan Village. Agricultural institutions were formed with the aim of improving and developing the abilities of farmers and their families as subjects of the group approach so that they can play a greater role in development. People's rubber plantations spread across South Sumatra are one of the sources of livelihood for rubber farmers in rural areas. The method used in this study is a survey with a simple random sampling method. This research was conducted in February 2024 until completion with a sample size of 33 respondents. The data collection method uses primary data and secondary data. The data processing method uses qualitative descriptive, r/c ratio, Likert scale scoring, and Spearman rank correlation test. The rubber farming business of members of agricultural institutions in Tanjung Dayang Selatan Village is profitable to run because it has a profit of Rp. 58.60. There is an insignificant relationship between the role of agricultural institutions in increasing production and income of rubber farming businesses in Tanjung Dayang Selatan Village with a correlation coefficient value between the role of agricultural institutions and rubber production obtained of -0.179 and the role of agricultural institutions with rubber farmer income of -0.178, meaning it has an opposite correlation or is included in the low correlation category.
