The purpose of this study was to empirically test the phenomenon / evaluate the influence of employee work discipline on employee performance at PT Jamkrida Sumsel (Perseroda) The sample size taken was 50 respondents. Sampling technique with saturated sampling, namely, where the respondents taken are all employees of PT Jamkrida Sumsel (Perseroda). Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 26 statement items. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of employee work discipline on employee performance at PT Jamkrida Sumsel (Perseroda). Keywords: work discipline, employee performance
