ANALISIS KEPUASAN PADA SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK PONDOK PESANTREN MENGGUNAKAN SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (STUDI KASUS : SIAKAD PONDOK PESANTREN MIFTAHUL JANNAH PENINJAUAN)

This study analyzes user satisfaction with the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at Miftahul Jannah Islamic Boarding School using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Questionnaires were distributed to teachers, students, and student guardians, with a total of 146 respondents. The final SUS score obtained is 70.72, indicating a fairly good system performance but requires improvement. The system is categorized as C in Grade category, "Ok" in Adjective category, "Marginally Acceptable" in Acceptability category, and "Passive" in Net Promoter Score (NPS) category. It is important to increase the satisfaction and loyalty of Academic Information System users by focusing on improving functionality, acceptance levels, and validating and improving a more specific satisfaction rating scale.
