PENGELOLAAN KINERJA PESANTREN DI SUMATERA SELATAN: STUDI KASUS PADA PESANTREN KAMPOENG TAUHID SRIWIJAYA

Islamic Boarding School is one of the educational institutions that is growing rapidly and plays an important role in improving human resources in Indonesia. Pesantren has three main functions, namely producing religious experts, producing human resources, and empowering the community. This research was conducted at Kampoeng Tauhid Sriwijaya Islamic Boarding School with the aim of knowing how the management of pesantren performance in the financial and non-financial fields. The method used is a qualitative method with Islamic worldview theory and Maqasid Sharia as an analytical tool. Research data were obtained through interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the Islamic Boarding School had managed financial and non-financial performance in accordance with the principles of Islamic worldview and Maqasid Sharia.
