EVALUASI PROSES BISNIS PEMINJAMAN INVENTARIS MENGGUNAKAN METODE BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT (BPI) (Studi Kasus : Sistem Layanan Shared Service ICT PT Pertamina Kilang Internasional RU III Plaju )

PT Pertamina Kilang Internasional RU III Plaju's Shared Service Center ICT is a service related to information technology infrastructure and facilities such as borrowing inventory for employees. However, based on an interview with the Shared Service Center Information and Communication Technology (SSC ICT) function of PT Pertamina International Refinery RU III Plaju faces various problems such as the loan process that takes a long time and the uneven workload of staff. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate business processes by identifying current business processes and providing recommendations for new business process improvements using the Business Process Improvement (BPI) method. Evaluation of current business processes and recommendations for new business processes are carried out using tools from the third phase of Business Process Improvement (BPI), namely streamlining. Furthermore, simulations were carried out using Bizagi Modeler related to process validation, time analysis, and resource analysis. The results obtained were an increase in the number of processes completed from 9 processes to 15 processes in a 30-day period, the average time used increased from 12d 9h 36m to 7d 7h, and in resource analysis the utilization of resources became more evenly distributed with an average of 73.39%.
