PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA KOTA PALEMBANG
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on employees performance at the Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia in Palembang City. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study includes employees at the Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was the census sampling technique or saturated sampling, totaling 95 people who were used as the population and sample in this research. The type of data used in the research is primary data through distributing questionnaires and secondary data from scientific journals, internal and other sources. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Instrument Test, Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test). Data processing in this research used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 25.00. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while job satisfaction has a positive but not significant influence on employee performance.
