Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) is a clinical syndrome of sudden decrease in glomerular filtration rate. Several risk factors for pediatric GgGA include sociodemographics, congenital diseases, and renal replacement therapy (RRT). GgGA is often found in hospitalized sick children and is at high risk of death. This study used analytic research with a cross sectional approach. Subjects were taken using the total sampling technique in accordance with the way all subjects who came and met the selection criteria were included in the study. The data taken is secondary data in the form of medical records. The majority of subjects in this study suffered from AKD (55.4%), male gender (45.2%), diagnosed age range 1-13 years (53.1%), degree 3 (failure) (58.3%), comorbidities of azotemia (54.2%), renal etiology (85.0%), underweight nutritional status (57.1%), and undergoing conservative management (50%). Based on the results of the analysis, the results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between the variables of age, gender, degree of GgGA, comorbidities, etiology, and management with the outcome of acute renal impairment in pediatric patients with a P value>0.05. Bivariate analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between age, gender, degree of GgGA, comorbidities, etiology, and management with the outcome of acute renal impairment in pediatric patients (P>0.05).
