SISTEM PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERTANIAN TANAMAN PANGAN DAN HORTIKULTURA PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Employee performance is one of the key aspects that determine the effectiveness and reflect the success of an organization or company. However, poor performance evaluations can lead to decreased work motivation, resulting a decreases achievement of organizational goals year after year. To address this issue, bureaucratic reform is needed, one of which involves the implementation of an e-performance system for civil servants (ASN). This study aims to examine the web-based e-performance system as a method of evaluating employee performance at the Office of Food Crops and Horticulture of South Sumatra Province. Performance evaluations at this office are conducted by adding a Work Results Plan (RHK), which contains the tasks and responsibilities to be achieved within one (1) month, accompanied by supporting evidence. The results of the study show that the data collection procedures have been carried out systematically and are well-documented. However, there are still errors in filling out the RHK, particularly among senior employees who are not yet familiar with how to operate the e-performance system. Other challenges include limited technological infrastructure, such as unstable internet connections, as well as technical issues such as bugs or errors in the e-performance application, especially during data input. The use of a web-based e-performance application as a performance evaluation system can serve as an effective tool to assess and measure employee performance based on job analysis, workload analysis, and can also form the basis for calculating work achievements.
