TINGKAT KEBISINGAN DAN GETARAN PADA MESIN PENGGILING KOPI (Coffea Sp) DI DESA TALANG JAWA KECAMATAN TEBING TINGGI KABUPATEN EMPAT LAWANG
Coffee (Coffea Sp) is a food agroindustry product that is in great demand by various groups. One effort to get the desired coffee powder must be through a good and correct grinding process, and must also pay attention to occupational health and safety during the coffee grinding process. This research aims to determine the level of disturbance and vibration in a coffee grinding machine (Coffea Sp) using a diesel driven motor in Talang Jawa village, Tebing Tinggi district, Empat Lawang regency. This research uses a descriptive method by presenting data in the form of tables, graphs and contours. The highest noise level measurement results in this study were obtained with an engine rotation speed of 2100 rpm at a height of 100 cm of 100.5 dB. Meanwhile, at a height of 160 cm it produces noise of 99 dB. The results of vibration level measurements carried out at three measurement points showed that the vibration level on the ground floor was 5.2 m/s2, on the ground floor of the machine 24.5 m/s2, and on the top of the coffee grinder machine 28.8 m/s2.
