HUBUNGAN SENSE OF BELONGING DENGAN LONELINESS PADA REMOTE WORKER

This study aims to determine the relationship between sense of belonging and loneliness in remote worker. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between sense of belonging and loneliness in remote worker The participants in this study were 150 remote worker.. The sampling techniquein this study is using purposive sampling. The loneliness variable was measured using a scale compiled by researchers referring to aspects of Russel (1996). The measurement of sense of belonging variable used a scale compiled by researchers referring to aspects of Hagerty dan Patusky (1995). Data analysis completed by using the Pearson's Product Moment correlation technique. The result of the correlation analysis showed that the significance value of sense of belonging and loneliness was 0.000 (p
