ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH DAN EFISIENSI INDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN KOPI DI INDONESIA Putra,
This study aims to analyze the effect of value-added on the efficiency of the coffee processing industry in Indonesia during the period of 2012-2021. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analysis method used is simple linear regression. The results show that the value-added of the coffee processing industry in Indonesia fluctuated, with an average value-added of IDR 6.45. The regression coefficient obtained was 3.154325, indicating that every 1-unit increase in efficiency would increase value- added by 3.154325 units. However, the P-value of 0.7123 indicates that this effect is not statistically significant. Thus, although there is a positive relationship between value-added and efficiency, the effect is not significant. This study concludes that while there is a relationship between value-added and efficiency, increased efficiency does not necessarily have a significant impact on value-added in the coffee processing industry in Indonesia.
