ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA PADA APLIKASI LINE MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS)
The rapid advancement of information technology has led to an increase in the use of digital communication apps, including Line. However, these applications face various complaints from users, such as inconsistent notifications, confusing interface, and sometimes unstable call quality in addition to high data consumption and frequent advertisements that can distract attention. This study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction of Line application in Palembang City using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, which includes five main variables: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Involving 299 respondents, the results showed that users were satisfied overall, with average scores for each variable ranging from 3.65 to 3.93. The study provides recommendations for the development of more relevant and innovative features to improve the overall user experience.
