PENGUKURAN KUALITAS WEBSITE CANVA MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEBQUAL 4.0.
Technological advances in the field of information and communication are growing rapidly, especially in the field of graphic design. Canva, which is one of the graphic design tools designed to meet productivity needs such as pamphlets, posters, flyers, presentations and other editing needs. Media development is not always accompanied by good user satisfaction. This can affect user interest in continuing to use Canva. This study aims to measure the quality of the Canva website based on user satisfaction and find out what variables can affect the quality of the Canva website. The method used is WebQual 4.0 which is often used to assess website quality through 3 main dimensions, namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality. This research data was obtained through distributing questionnaires via social media as many as 152 respondents. Data processing was carried out using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the interaction quality variable has a significant influence on user satisfaction, provides insight and presents interactions between Canva users. Meanwhile, the other 2 variables, namely usability, and information quality do not have a significant effect on user satisfaction.
