PERAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMATIONAL, DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KNOWLEDGE SHARING UNTUK KINERJA ORGANISASI
Knowledge is a valuable asset in organizations that can be effectively utilized through Knowledge Sharing (KS). This study aims to examine the impact of Organizational Culture (OC), Transformational Leadership (TL), and Motivation (MT) on Knowledge Sharing, as well as their effects on Organizational Performance (OP). The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), a method that is effective for analyzing relationships between variables and testing validity, reliability, and hypotheses with small sample sizes. The study involved 87 respondents from Satu Amal Indonesia. The results indicate that Organizational Culture has a positive, but not statistically significant, impact on Knowledge Sharing, while Transformational Leadership and Motivation have a positive and statistically significant impact on Knowledge Sharing. Transformational Leadership encourages member participation in knowledge sharing, while Motivation increases individual engagement. Furthermore, Knowledge Sharing has a positive and statistically significant impact on Organizational Performance, indicating that effective knowledge sharing can enhance organizational performance.
