ANALISIS PENERIMAAN DAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI KOPI KENANGAN INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE TECHNOLOGY 2
Ordering applications in the food and beverages industry aim to facilitate the ordering process by providing an online platform, The increasing use of mobile applications in the food and beverage industry encourages companies to understand the factors that influence user acceptance. This study aims to determine the level of acceptance of the Kopi Kenangan application using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model. Research data obtained through questionnaires distributed on social media from 104 respondents, data processing was carried out using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that 5 out of 25 hypotheses had a significant effect on the acceptance of Kopi Kenangan application in Indonesia, including habit influenced use behavior, habit influenced behavioral intentions, facilitating conditions influenced use behavior, behavioral intentions influenced use behavior moderated by experience, and social influence influenced behavioral intentions.
