SKALA HASIL PRODUKSI INDUSTRI TEPUNG TERIGU (ISIC : 10616) DI INDONESIA
This study aims to determine the condition of the scale of production in the wheat flour industry in Indonesia, and to see the effect of capital and labor on output in this industry. This study uses secondary data from Indonesian industrial statistics at the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics for 1990-2021. This study uses multiple linear regression techniques with the Cobb-Douglas production function approach. The results showed that the Indonesian wheat flour industry is in a condition of Increasing Return to Scale, which means that any increase in input will result in a greater increase in output. Capital and labor variables also have a significant positive relationship with the output of this industry. The increasing demand for wheat flour-based products and technological developments that increase production efficiency play a role in the increasing return to scale condition. Keywords: scale of output, increasing return to scale, capital, labor, output
