This research aims to find out the process of community empowerment in efforts to diversify processed river fish products in Tanjung Baru Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This aim is to determine and analyze the diversification of processed river fish products in Tanjung Baru Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study research strategy. This research uses the community empowerment concept of Ayub M. Padangaran (2011). Data was obtained from 9 main informants and 2 supporting informants using data in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the community has succeeded in developing fish into quality and diverse processed products. Product diversification carried out by society is a process and obstacles in developing diverse products. Keywords: Product Diversification, Community Empowerment, River Fish
