SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEREKRUTAN KARYAWAN DENGAN METODE COMPOSITE PERFORMANCE INDEX
This recruitment is carried out to evaluate the suitability of applicants with prospective employees who will work at the PT Sinar Alam Permai office. The applicants will be selected by the company through an objective assessment process. This process involves analyzing and comparing candidate data, including required criteria and test results. A system is needed to assist the analysis process during the recruitment process. The system must be able to display and compare candidate scores based on different assessment criteria. The criteria used for assessment include Potential and Competency score criteria. Composite performance index (CPI) is the method used to process the assessment. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that combines a weighting system to make decisions based on several factors. It is often found that decision makers tend to give subjective and intuitive weights to various factors that play an important role in the application. The black box method was used during the testing procedure, using a total of 10 test scenarios. The execution of the tests went as expected.
