COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM PENGELOLAAN TANJUNG ENIM KOTA WISATA
This research aims to determine the Collaborative Governance process in managing Tanjung Enim towards a tourist city. A qualitative descriptive method using the Collaborative Governance theory approach according to Ansell and Gash (2007) was used as an analytical study in this research. The data collection techniques are through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the research show that the management of Tanjung Enim Towards a Tourist City is quite good, marked by several indicators that have been implemented very well, but it is still in progress and not yet fully optimal. This is indicated by its human resources which are still not said to be optimal because many people who do not understand and cannot protect the environment. In terms of joint commitment, government involvement is still not optimal, this can be seen from the low level of joint commitment carried out by the government and participation, causing obstacles to effective and efficient collaboration processes in the implementation of collaborative governance. lack of government initiative in monitoring and following up on what is happening in the field. Meanwhile, in implementing collaborative governance, effective communication is needed to make it easier for actors to collaborate so that they can optimize their role in developing Tanjung Enim as a tourist city.
