PENGARUH KELENGKUNGAN SINGKAL YANG DILAPISI PLAT KUNINGAN PADA BERBAGAI KECEPATAN KERJA TERHADAP KEBUTUHAN ENERGI PADA PENGOLAHAN TANAH ALUVIAL
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the curvature of a plate coated by brass plates at various advancing speeds on alluvial soil processing. In this study, the factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) method was used with two treatment factors, namely the Angle of Curvature of the plow (A) which was coated by brass plate and speed (B), where each factor consisted of three levels of treatment. At curvature angles A1 (120°), A2 (130°), A3 (140°). Meanwhile, in the speed treatment the plow uses B1 (speed 2 km/hour), B2 speed 3 km/hour), and B3 (speed 4km/hour). The results of this research indicate that the angle of curvature of the moldboard and the working speed of the plow have a significant effect on the alluvial soil processing process. The combination with a single curvature loss of 140° with a speed level of 4km/hour for the lowest average parameters of soil stickiness is 75.00g. The combination of treatment with a single curvature angle of 130° speed of 4km/h determined the highest average of 112.67g. Keywords: Energy consumption, working speed, brass plate, curvature.
