PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (STUDI EMPIRIS PERUSAHAAN TRANSPORTASI DAN LOGISTIK YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2019-2022)

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Financial Performance on Company Value. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from Refinitiv Workspace. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the Purposive sampling method with a sample of 20 transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The results of the study show that Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have an influence and are significant on Price to Book Value. Meanwhile, Return On Asset and Total Assets Turnover does not have a significant effect on the Price to Book Value of transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022.
