PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP INTENSI TURNOVER KARYAWAN DI HOTEL GRAND DAFAM ANCOL JAKARTA
This study aims to examine the impact of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style as independent variables on turnover intention as dependent variable. Data were collected through questionnaires from 48 respondents. The analytical methods applied include, but not limited to instruments validity test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumpution test, and hypothesis test. The results of the classical assumption tests confirmed that the data adhered to the requiered assumptions. The cronbach’s alpha values for variables X1, X2, and Y indicated high reliability of instruments used. These findings revealed that tarnsformational leadership style (X1) does not have a significant effect on turnover intention (Y), while in the other hand transactionel leadership style (X2) significantly influences turnover intention (Y) Keywords: Leadership style, Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership, Turnover Intention
