UPAYA PEMERINTAH JEPANG DALAM MENANGGULANGI KRISIS TENAGA KERJA DI JEPANG ERA FUMIO KISHIDA
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how the Japanese government attempted to overcome the employment crisis in Japan during the Fumio Kishida era. The researh began with the decline in fertility rates in Japan, resulting in a demographic crisis which resulted in the triggering of a labor crisis in Japan. In this research, the author uses the theory of foreign policy (Foreign Policy) by K.J Holsti which explains that there are 4 elements in a foreign policy, namely foreign policy orientation, national role, objectives of foreign policy, and implementation or action. The data collected in this research comes from secondary data in the form of reading books, official news websites, government websites, journals, and others. The research results show that there is a positive influence from the TITP (Technical Intern Training Program) and SSW (Specified Skilled Workers) programs in the foreign policy issued by Japan as an effort to overcome the labor crisis in Japan during the Fumio Kishida era.
