PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN SISWA TERHADAP LAYANAN DASAR BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING BERBASIS WEB DI SMP

Efforts to develop instruments to measure student satisfaction levels are an important element in measuring the quality of guidance and counseling services and providing more effective and efficient services. Currently there is no instrument that measures this well. Therefore, this research aims to develop an instrument for measuring the level of student satisfaction with basic guidance and counseling services in junior high schools that is valid, reliable and practical. The research method used in this research is (Research Development). The scale development procedure consists of the needs analysis stage, literature review, content validation, pilot test, main test, and final product. The subjects in this research were middle school students in grades X and XI, as many as 20 students in the pilot test stage and 212 students in the main test stage who were chosen randomly from two schools. The validator has declared 32 items valid by carrying out CVI analysis which shows a CVI value of 1.00. Based on the pilot test results, 32 items were declared completely valid and the reliability test results produced a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.979. Based on the results of the main test on 212 students, all items were still declared valid and the results of the reliability test produced a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.939. The instrument was also proven to be practical for students to use as evidenced by the CVI test results of 1.00 indicating practicality in use.
