PERAN LEARNED RESOURCEFULNESS TERHADAP BURNOUT PADA IBU DENGAN ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS
This study aims to determine the role of learned resourcefulness towards burnout in mothers with special needs children. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a role for learned resourcefulness burnout in mothers with special needs children. Populations in this study were mothers of special needs children aged under 15 in Indonesia. The number of samples in this study consisted of 155 mothers with 50 mothers for try out. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used to measure burnout variable is a burnout scale based of the dimensions proposed by Maslach and Leiter (2016). Learned resourcefulness variable are measured using learned resourcefulness scale based of the aspects of learned resourcefulness proposed by Rosenbaum (1993). Data analysis in this study used simple regression analysis techniques.
