FAKTOR DETERMINAN YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN KADER POSYANDU TENTANG PREEKLAMPSIA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS INDRALAYA

Knowledge about preeclampsia is important for a posyandu cadre in carrying out hits her role us posyandu cadre. The knowledge certamly varies because it is influenced by several factors such as age, level of education, occupation, family income, experience, interest, exposure, to mformation, and length of service. The aim of the study is to identify determinant factors related to the knowledge of the cadres in Indralaya public health center working area. The type of research is quantitative research with descriptive analytics and a cross-sectional design. The sample of the study was 85 respondents taken by using purposive sampling technique Instruments for collecting the data were questionnaires of preeclampsia knowledge, experience, and interest. The data were analysed by using Chi-square test and multivariate analysts using multiple logistic regression test. The result of chi square test fa 0,05) showed that the factors related to the knowledge of posyandu cadre were age (p-value 0,001), occupation (p-value 0,015), experience (p-value 0,029), interest (p-vahae 0,025), and exposure to information (p-value 0,034). Determinant factors related to the knowledge of ponyandu cadre were age (p-value 0,000), exp (B) 6,988) and experience (p-value 0,013. Exp (B) 4.142). Age and experience were the most dominant factors related to the knowledge of poryandu cadre in this study. Age and experience are related to each other. The older the cadres are, the more experience about preeclampsia they have, so that it will influence their knowledge about preeclampsia.
