The aim of this thesis is to determine the implementation of the online single submission system policy at the Ogan Ilir Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP).The method used in this thesis is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The data obtained was analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data, condensing the data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of the OSS website policy has not achieved the target in accordance with the aim of creating the OSS, namely making it easier for business actors to carry out business licensing independently, which can be seen from The percentage of permits made by business actors independently and using the assistance of Ogan Ilir Regency DPMPTSP employees. The researcher recommends that there be a need to increase socialization activities and technical guidance evenly in the Ogan Ilir Regency area so that business actors are more familiar with and know their role, function and how to use them. onlinesinglesubmission website.
