PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PAKAN DENGAN PENAMBAHAN Sacchoromyces cerevisiae TERHADAP RESPON IMUN DAN SINTASAN IKAN KAKAP PUTIH
Research on the effect of feeding with the addition of S.cerevisiae on the immune response and survival of White Snapper (L. calcarifer) has been carried out at the Lampung Marine Aquaculture Center (BBPBL). The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design and used 2 tubs of fiber measuring 2 m x 1 m x 0.6 m and used 12 jars with a volume of 25 L with a dense stocking of 10 individuals with an initial weight of 12-14 grams and an initial length of 7-9 cm, and 4 treatments 3 times mixed, namely feed without the addition of S. cerevisiae (control), feed with the addition of S. cerevisiae 10g/kg, feed with the addition of 20 g/kg, feed with the addition of S. cerevisiae 30g/kg. The results showed that treatment C produced a good immune response with a phagocytic activity value of 82%, with an absolute weight growth of 15.43 grams and an absolute length of 10.76 cm, a daily growth rate of 5.22%, a feed conversion ratio that achieved the best results. good among other feeds, namely 3.88 grams and the survival rate of White Snapper seeds that were reared for 28 days with a value of 100%, this shows that the growth rate of White Snapper seeds is growing well.
