PERSEPSI PEGAWAI TERHADAP SISTEM PENILAIAN KINERJA DI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This research is entitled "Employee Perceptions of the Performance Appraisal System at the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province". The finding of the problem in this study is the difference in perceptions between employees about the performance appraisal system before and after which in this case is E-Kinerja and fingerprint attendance. Therefore, this study aims to see how employee perceptions of the performance appraisal system before and after the implementation of E- performance and fingerprint attendance. This research uses quantitative research. The data collected were 87 respondents distributed to all employees in nine bureaus. The results in this study indicate that there is a significant increase in the E-Kinerja statement, the indicator of perceived interest in the first statement has increased by 22.8% and a less significant increase in the indicator of perceived ease of the second statement has increased by 17.7%. In the statement about fingerprint attendance, a significant increase in the perceived ease indicator of the second statement was a significant increase of 24.6% and a not too significant increase in the perceived ease indicator of the first statement increased by 17.9%. Therefore, it is hoped that more emphasis can be placed on employees of the Regional Secretariat of the Province of South Sumatra in order to make the best use of technology.
