PENGARUH PELATIHAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BADAN PENDAPATAN DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study aims to empirically prove and analyze the influence of training, physical work environment, and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sumatra Province. The population used in this study were all employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sumatra Province, totaling 79 employees. The data obtained were analyzed through data validity tests, reliability tests, then descriptive analysis methods, data transformation methods, classical assumption tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, then multiple linear regression analysis was carried out with correlation coefficients ® and determination coefficients (R2) and finally F tests and t tests were carried out. The results of the study showed that training had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results also showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sumatra Province.
