This research is entitled Community Adaptation to Facing Waste from PT Cipta Mandala Lumber Nusantara (Cmln) in Bakung Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. This research aims to determine the form of community adaptation to PT waste. Cipta Mandala Lumber Nusantara. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with a case study strategy. Data was obtained by observation, interviews, documentation and analysis using Talcott Parson's AGIL theory. The informants in the research were the people of RT 6 Bakung Village who were directly affected by PT waste. Cipta Mandala Lumber Nusantara. The aim of qualitative research is to create reality and understand its significance. The research results show that the community's adaptation to PT. Cipta Mandala Lumber Nusantara in Bakung Village is in line with Talcott Parsons' AGIL theory, that the adaptations made by the Bakung village community are all the result of their responsiveness and initiatives regarding how to deal with dust waste. There are three forms of community adaptation, namely: 1). Installing the ceiling, 2). Upholstering Furniture, 3). Drying clothes outside the house.
