ANALISIS KENYAMANAN BANTAL CAMPURAN CACAHAN ECENG GONDOK DAN DAKRON DALAM BERBAGAI PERBANDINGAN DAN UKURAN BANTAL
This study aims to analyze and determine the comfort of pillows mixed with chopped water hyacinth and dacron in various comparisons and pillow sizes using a coconut fiber decomposing machine in a sleep quality test using the PSQI method. This research was conducted from May 2024 to June 2024 at the Palembang Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The method used in this research is to test sleep quality using pillows stuffed with Dacron and water hyacinth which have been chopped using a coconut fiber decomposing machine using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) Questionnaire method with 7 assessment components, namely subjective sleep quality, latency. sleep (sleep latency), sleep duration (sleep duration), effective length of sleep in bed (habitual sleep efficiency), sleep disorders, use of sleeping drugs (sleep drugs), and daytime dysfunction. The results of this study showed that the pillow that provides the highest level of comfort is a super standard size pillow (45 x 71 cm) with a pillow filling composition of 250 grams of dacron: 250 g of chopped water hyacinth, because it provides the highest percentage value in each component of the sleep comfort assessment using the method.
