ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI MAXIM DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE END-USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS)
The use of digital technology and applications is growing rapidly in various sectors of life, including transportation services. Maxim, as a transportation application, plays an important role in providing efficient and practical services for its users. Measuring the level of user satisfaction is very important to ensure this application can meet the expectations and needs of its users. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the Maxim application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model and the TAM model. In this research, researchers used descriptive quantitative methods to collect data using the Slovin formula and obtained results from 108 respondents who represent the population of Maxim application users in the city of Palembang. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the Maxim application user community in Palembang. The data processing method used in this research used validity tests, reliability tests and hypothesis tests which were processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. As a result of hypothesis testing, there are 5 variables that have no influence, namely accuracy, format, timeliness, ease of use, content and 1 variable that has an influence, namely perception of usefulness. From the results of the correlation analysis, R2 was obtained at 0.878, indicating that the satisfaction variable can be explained by the variables content, accuracy, format, ease of use, perceived usefulness and timeliness at 87.8%.
