Dual role conflict for women refers to the situation where women face pressures or difficulties due to the need to meet demands from various domestic and public roles, which often conflict with each other. This research focuses on identifying the forms of dual role conflict and the factors causing such conflicts among female workers in the home industry Kemplang Juliansyah. The study aims to understand the types of dual role conflicts and the underlying causes. The research is conducted in Tanjung Pering Village, Indralaya Utara District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This study employs a qualitative method and case study strategy. Theoretical framework is based on the role conflict theory proposed by Gibson. The research provides insights to both the community and workers in the home industry regarding dual role conflicts. The findings indicate that women experience internal conflicts, intra-role conflicts, and inter-role conflicts across their dual roles. These conflicts arise due to economic factors and a lack of cooperation within the family or workplace. Keywords: Women's Dual Role Conflict, Workers, Home Industry.
