PERAN CALLING TERHADAP WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA PNS
This study aims to determine the role of calling (identification with one’s work and person environment-fit, sense-meaning and value driven behavior and transcendent guiding force) towards work engagement in PNS. The hypothesis of this study used in this study is that there is a role of calling towards work engagement. The population in this study were PNS in the South Sumatera Provincial Government with total of sample was 200 respondence. The sampling method in this study used incidental sampling. The measuring instrument used are work engagement scale refers to dimensions of Schaufeli, Salanova, Gonza and Bakker (2002) and calling scale refers to dimensions of Hagmaier and Abele (2012).
