PERAN CALLING TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT PADA GEN Z YANG BEKERJA
The aim of this research is to determine the role of calling on organizational commitment in gen Z workers. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a role of calling (identification and person-environment fit, sense-meaning and value-driven behavior, and transcendent guiding force) on organizational commitment in gen Z workers. The population population used is generation Z whose amount is unknown. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a research sample amount of 150 gen Z and permanent employees. The measuring instrument used is a scale developed by the researcher based on dimentions from Mowday, Steers, and Porter (1979) and a calling scale that refers to dimentions from Hagmaier and Abele (2012). Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression.
