Agricultural institutions had a relationship in supporting the success of organic rice farming in OKU Timur Regency. This research aims to: (1) Measure the achievement of the role of agricultural institutions in East OKU Regency. (2) Measuring the success of organic rice farming in OKU Timur Regency. (3) Analyze the relationship between the role of agricultural institutions in supporting the success of organic farming in OKU Timur Regency. This research was carried out in OKU Timur Regency in November 2023. The research method used a survey method with interview techniques and sampling using the Purposive Sampling method. The data obtained in this research is in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data processing uses Likert scale analysis and Spearman Rank correlation analysis. The results of this research show that the role of agricultural institutions in OKU Timur Regency had good criteria and its success achievements have very good criteria and there is a real relationship between the role of agricultural institutions and the success achievements of existing organic rice farming.
