USABILITY TESTING PADA APLIKASI EDUMU DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 2 PALEMBANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE USE QUESTIONNAIRE

Edukasi Digital Muhammadiyah (eduMU) is an application developed to support the digital learning process in Muhammadiyah schools. The application is designed to facilitate interaction between teachers and students through a digital platform, allowing access to materials, lessons, assignments, attendance, and exams online. SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang is a school that uses eduMU as a learning support, therefore this application needs to be tested for usability. Testing is done to determine the value of usability and find out whether the eduMU application is feasible to use according to its function or not. To produce test values, this research utilizes the USE Questionnaire method as a test and calculation method. USE Questionnaire has 4 components Usefulness, Ease of use, Ease of learning, and Satisfaction. USE Questionnaire helps make questionnaires, by having 30 questions it can produce more objective values. The sample calculation using the Slovin technique amounted to 347 respondents and resulted in Usefulness 81.85%, Ease of use 85.33%, Ease of learning 86.73% and Satisfaction 85.42%. From these results, eduMU gets a “Worthy” description according to the feasibility scale made. Supported by the results of testing 4 components of the USE Questionnaire method tested by usability calculations resulted in 84.83%.
