PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN (SERVICE QUALITY) JASA PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DI SLB AUTIS TALANG KELAPA PALEMBANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan (Service Quality) Jasa Pendidikan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di SLB Autis Talang Kelapa Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh orangtua/wali siswa SLB Autis Talang Kelapa Palembang yang berjumlah 101. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik non probabilitas dengan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menujukkan kualitas pelayanan yaitu, Kehandalan / Reliability (X1), Daya Tanggap / Responsiveness (X2), (X3), (X4), dan (X5) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen di SLB Autis Talang Kelapa Palembang, Kehandalan / Reliability (X1), Daya Tanggap / Responsiveness (X2), (X3), (X4), dan (X5) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di SLB Autis Talang Kelapa Palembang dan Daya Tanggap / Responsiveness berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di SLB Autis Talang Kelapa Palembang
