The objectives of this research are 1) Count the allocation of labor for families of independent oil palm farmers in Sumber Rezeki B1 Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. 2) Count the magnitude of the contribution of farming income to independent oil palm in Sumber Rezeki B1 Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. 3) Analyze the magnitude of the influence of family labor allocation on household income of independent oil palm farmers. 4) Analyze the factors that influence labor productivity in independent oil palm farmer farming in Sumber Rezeki B1 Village. This research was carried out in Sumber Rezeki B1 Village in December 2024. The research method used a survey method. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method of 50 samples. The results of this research show that the average family labor allocation is 575.45 HOK per family per year. For independent oil palm farming, it is 147.05 HOK per cultivated area per year and for farming other than independent oil palm, it is 99.31 HOK per cultivated area per year and for 329.09 HOK per year for non-farming labor allocation. Independent oil palm farming activities generate the highest income in the total income of sample farmer households, namely IDR. 53.183.667 per year. The total family labor allocation variable has no real influence on the total income of independent oil palm farmer families in Sumber Rezeki B1 Village. Factors that have a significant influence on labor productivity in plasma oil palm farming are influenced by wages.
