PERUBAHAN SOSIAL PADA MASYARAKAT SUKU ANAK DALAM (STUDI KASUS MASYARAKAT SUKU ANAK DALAM DI DESA SUNGAI JERNIH KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS UTARA SUMATERA SELATAN)

In general, this research aims to determine social changes in the Anak Dalam Tribe community in Sungai Jernih Village, North Musi Rawas Regency. Meanwhile, it specifically aims to determine the driving factors and inhibiting factors for social change in the Anak Dalam Tribe community in Sungai Jernih Village, North Musi Rawas Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. Informants were taken using purposive techniques. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that social change in the Anak Dalam Tribe community in Sungai Jernih Village can be seen from 3 dimensions, namely structural, cultural and interactional dimensions. The driving factors for social change in the Anak Dalam Tribe community in Sungai Jernih Village are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors such as the community's desire to change, while external factors such as support from the government, as well as the conversion of the land/forest where the Anak Dalam Tribe community lives. The factors inhibiting social change in the Anak Dalam Tribe community in Sungai Jernih Village, North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra, are also influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors such as the nature of society which tends to be conservative/closed and adhere to old culture, while external factors such as many people still do not have homes, permanent jobs or land to work.
