TANTANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN KEPEGAWAIAN (SIMPEG) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR IMIGRASI KELAS I TPI PALEMBANG
This research aims to determine and analyze the challenges of the personnel management information system (SIMPEG) and the obstacles that exist in improving employee performance at the TPI Palembang Class I Immigration Office. The Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) is a digital application owned by the TPI Palembang Class I Immigration Office which is expected to be useful for improving employee performance at the TPI Palembang Class I Immigration Office. This research uses the assessment dimensions by Mangkumegara (2017), which consist of quality, quantity, implementación de duties and responsibilities. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the personnel management information system runs effectively in improving employee performance in acordance with existing dimensional assessments but still has obstáculos due to inequality in the quality of Human Resources (HR). Más seniors employees often face dificultades in understanding and adopting new SIMPEG technology, creando challenges in using the system.
