PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA FLASHCARD BERBASIS AUGMENTED REALITY PADA MATERI FLUIDA DINAMIS UNTUK MELATIH KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA SMA
This study successfully developed augmented reality (AR)-based learning media in the form of flashcards for fluid dynamics material in high school. This study was motivated by challenges in physics education, especially in complex fluid dynamics material, as well as the need to train critical thinking skills as 21st century competencies. A needs analysis conducted on 59 grade XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Plus Banyuasin III showed that 90% of students had never used AR-based flashcards in their learning and had a high interest in using the media. The development was carried out using the Rowntree model consisting of planning, development, and evaluation. The evaluation stage was carried out using Tessmer formative. The results of the study showed that the validity of the media, materials, critical thinking skills, design and language was 100% with a very good category. The practicality score at the one-to-one evaluation stage was 97.40% with a practical category, and the small group evaluation stage was 96.11% with a very practical category. The results of the trial to train students' critical thinking skills showed very high, high and sufficient categories on five indicators. Based on the research results, the augmented reality-based flashcard learning media developed was proven to be valid, practical, and able to train students' critical thinking skills.
