PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA SMP NEGERI 57 PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine how competence and work discipline affect employee performance at SMP Negeri 57 Palembang. This research is quantitative in nature. The population in this study consisted of all civil servant (ASN) teaching staff at SMP Negeri 57 Palembang, totaling 41 people, using a saturated sampling technique. The data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that competence and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMP Negeri 57 Palembang.
