PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA MAHASISWA (LKM) PADA MATA KULIAH PRAKTIKUM KIMIA FISIKA 1 BERBASIS GREEN CHEMISTRY PADA MATERI KESETIMBANGAN UAP CAIR PADA SISTEM BINAIR
This study aims to develop a Green Chemistry–based Student Worksheet (LKM) for the Physical Chemistry I laboratory on Vapor–Liquid Equilibrium in Binary Systems that is valid, practical, and effective. The development applied the ADDIE model up to the Development stage and used Tessmer’s formative evaluation, including self-evaluation, expert review, one-to-one, small-group, and field testing. The LKM replaces hazardous acetone–chloroform materials with a safer tapai water–water system aligned with green chemistry principles. Validation results show very high validity (Aiken’s V: 0.99 for design, 0.92 for pedagogy). Practicality also scored high based on student and lecturer responses. Effectiveness testing revealed a significant improvement from 39.56 to 91.30, with an N-gain of 0.86112 (high category). These results indicate that the developed worksheet improves understanding, enhances laboratory safety, and supports structured independent learning, making it suitable for use in the Physical Chemistry I laboratory.
