This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and career development on turnover intention at Bank BTN, Kemuning Branch, Palembang City. The population in this study consists of all permanent employees working in the collection, credit, NPL collection, and LAR units at Bank BTN, Kemuning Branch, Palembang City. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling method, with a total sample of 35 respondents. This research utilizes primary data obtained through questionnaires and employs multiple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while career development has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at Bank BTN, Kemuning Branch, Palembang City.
