ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENJUAL UMKM TERHADAP PENJUALAN ONLINE MELALUI FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS)

Penelitian ini mengenai analisis kepuasan penjual UMKM terhadap penjualan online melalui Facebook Marketplace. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penjual UMKM sebagai pengguna akhir serta mengevaluasi kelayakan Facebook Marketplace dalam mendukung aktivitas penjualan daring, khususnya pada aspek Accuracy, Content, Ease of Use, Format, dan Timeliness. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 232 responden pelaku UMKM dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS dengan pengujian Outer Model untuk menilai validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh indikator memiliki nilai outer loading >0,7, AVE >0,5, dan composite reliability >0,7, sehingga seluruh variabel valid dan reliabel. Facebook Marketplace memberikan tingkat kepuasan yang baik bagi penjual UMKM dan berperan penting dalam mendukung penjualan online secara efisien.
