EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM SARJANA BINA DESA DI DESA KARANG WARU KECAMATAN LAWANG WETAN KABUPATEN MUSI BANYUASIN

This study aims to determine, identify and analyze how the effectiveness of the implementation of the Bina Desa Bachelor Program in Karang Waru Village, Lawang Wetan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The theory used in this research is the theory of Budiani using four dimensions of program effectiveness, namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used in this research are through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis model used in this research is the Miles, Huberman and Saldana data analysis model, namely with the steps of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation of the Village Development Bachelor Program in Karang Waru Village, Lawang Wetan Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency is not effective enough, because there are still several things that need to be improved in the implementation of the village development scholar program in Karang Waru Village, Lawang Wetan Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency, such as in the dimension of program socialization, namely the target of program socialization. Then in the dimension of program objectives, namely programs that are not implemented. As well as in the program monitoring dimension, namely program monitoring organizers and the results of program monitoring activities. Keywords : Effectiviness, Program, Bina Desa Bachelor
