EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM PEMAGANGAN DALAM NEGERI PADA DINAS TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN

The Domestic Apprenticeship Program is one of the government's efforts to increase the competency of job seekers who will enter the world of work. The apprenticeship program is organized by the local Department of Manpower and Transmigration, in collaboration with companies in the area. This research was carried out at the Manpower and Transmigration Service of South Sumatra Province. The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of the Domestic Apprenticeship Program at the South Sumatra Province Manpower and Transmigration Service. The theory used in this research is the theory of program effectiveness proposed by Budiani, this theory consists of four dimensions, namely accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and monitoring. This type of research is qualitative research and uses descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used in research are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out during data collection and the data process includes data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Domestic Apprenticeship Program at the South Sumatra Province Manpower and Transmigration Service is effective, there is only one dimension that is still less optimal, namely program socialization.
